A little about myself,
I am a licensed builder and have over 25 years of extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction, which has proven to be a gem of an asset in real estate sales. My knowledge in construction takes a lot of the anxiety out of buying or selling a property for my clients. I have been actively selling real estate for over 20 years, and found my true love was in sales. I take a slightly different approach to real estate than other agents and your needs will always come first.
When selling, I pay extreme attention to details, especially photos and virtual tours, which helps the buyer to know exactly what they are going to look at before they ever get there. This eliminates most unproductive showings.
When buying, you will see all of the properties available. I will never withhold any from viewing based on its commission rate.
I take personal one on one time with each and every client, and you will stay well informed with updates all the way up to closing.
